Jessica Ip Ting Wah is a fully qualified bilingual (English & French) Lawyer specialized in Employment Law.
She holds a Master in French Company and Business Law and has been in charge of the Employment Department of an international legal practice for more than twelve years.
She is able to assist, advise and act in all fields of Employment Law on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues including notably individual and collective redundancies, dismissals, transfer of undertakings arising from mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing arrangements, drafting employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, drafting and updating staff handbooks, HR policies, appointment of staff delegates and employment litigation relating to unfair dismissals, constructive dismissals, discrimination claims etc.
She has significant experience in resolving complex employment disputes such as senior executive terminations, negotiating severance packages and drafting compromise agreements and mutual termination agreements.
